Privacy policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you play Puff & Slide and contact the Puff & Slide development team. The team operates the game and handles support requests. For support and privacy requests, email [email protected].
1. Game progress and settings
The current game does not require an account. Game progress and preferences, such as completed levels, hints and sound settings, are saved on your device. The game does not send this save file to a server operated by us. Your device’s backup settings may allow Apple to include app data in a device backup.
2. Advertising
The game integrates Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded ads and occasional ads between levels. When the advertising SDK runs, Google may process your IP address (including an approximate location inferred from it), device or app identifiers, ads shown, interactions with ads, and crash or performance information. Google uses this information to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud and improve its services.
The current integration requests non-personalized ads and disables Google’s publisher first-party ID feature. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing. The app does not currently request permission to access Apple’s advertising identifier through App Tracking Transparency.

3. Advertising privacy choices
You decide whether to watch optional rewarded ads. We use Google’s User Messaging Platform to check which advertising privacy choices apply to your region. Where required, the game presents a consent message before requesting ads. You can accept, decline or manage the choices offered in that message. Where Google requires a privacy options entry, open Settings → Ad privacy options in the game to review or change your choices. A collected choice does not necessarily mean you agreed to personalized advertising. If the game cannot complete its privacy check, it continues without requesting ads. Development builds use test ads; release builds are configured for live ads subject to these privacy controls and ad availability. You can also manage permissions available in your device’s privacy settings. Device permissions and ad consent are separate controls. Non-personalized advertising does not automatically remove the need for consent where applicable.
4. When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address, the name shown by your email service, and the contents and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and investigate reported problems. Our email service provider processes this correspondence to deliver and store messages.
5. How information is shared
Advertising data is processed by Google and relevant service providers as described in Google’s policies. Support correspondence is processed through our email provider. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. We do not upload your local game save to AdMob.
6. Retention and security
Local game data remains on your device until it is removed or replaced. Deleting the app removes its local app data, but separate device backups may retain copies under your backup settings. We retain support correspondence as needed to address your request, resolve related issues and meet applicable obligations. Google controls retention of data it processes under its policies.
We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request concerning information we hold, including support correspondence. We may need to verify the request. For information held by Google, consult Google’s privacy controls and policy. You may also have the right to raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
8. General audience
Puff & Slide is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about personal information relating to your child, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. International processing and this website
Our email, advertising and website hosting providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable privacy practices and safeguards. The support website’s hosting service may receive technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. We have not added analytics scripts or advertising to these support pages.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The published page will show its effective date; we will provide additional notice where required.
