The ground rules

Terms of Use

Effective October 16, 2026

These are the rules for playing Puff & Slide, kept short. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.

1. Who offers the game

Puff & Slide is offered by the Puff & Slide development team (“we” or “us”). The team operates the game and handles support requests.

2. Accepting these terms

By downloading or playing the game, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t play. A parent or guardian should accept them for a child.

3. Your license to play

You may play the game for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control. The game is licensed to you, not sold. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

4. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game, its content, its support or maintenance, or claims about it. If the game fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you may ask Apple to refund its price; Apple has no other warranty duty for it. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.

5. Ads

The free game shows ads from Google AdMob: one now and then between levels, and an optional video you can watch for 3 more hints. We ask for non-personalized, family-safe ads (rated G). If an ad ever looks wrong, tell us through the support page, with a screenshot if you can, and we’ll look into it.

6. Premium

Premium is a one-time in-app purchase that removes every ad and gives unlimited hints. Its price is shown in the App Store before you buy. Apple handles the payment and any refund (reportaproblem.apple.com). On a new iPhone or after reinstalling, tap Restore purchase in the game while signed in to the same Apple Account.

7. Children

Puff & Slide is a game for everyone; it is not made specifically for children. Children may play with a parent’s or guardian’s permission, and a grown-up should approve any purchase. See what our privacy policy says about children.

8. Playing fair

Please don’t cheat or hack the game, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, tamper with its ads or purchases, or misuse our support email.

9. Our characters and art

Puff, Pebble, the game’s name and its own art, music and levels belong to us. Playing the game doesn’t make them yours.

10. Other people’s work

The game uses the Godot Engine, fonts and other parts made by others. Those parts stay under their own licenses, and nothing in these terms changes them.

11. Changes

We may change the game or stop offering it. When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes, and we give more notice where the law requires.

12. No warranty

We work hard on the game, but it comes “as is”. As far as the law allows, we don’t promise that it will always work or be free of errors, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

13. Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting the app. That removes the progress saved on your device; Premium stays with your Apple Account. If you seriously break these terms, your license to play ends.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the Puff & Slide development team is based. The consumer protection laws of the country where you live still apply to you.

15. Contact
